SYSTEMIC APPROACH

We use the Organizational Change model developed by Peter Senge which covers two perspectives that makes it truly systemic:

Action and lasting change. These dimensions, in turn, are composed of 3 categories as you can see in the chart below.

The feedback between these two dimensions allows us to reach the results the organization seeks.

The ACM © is a systemic platform that uses Agilism, the Participating Leadership and U Theory , with the aim of achieving more effective, easier and smoother changes compared to the traditional approach of the change management way.
