INITIAL SITUATION

In 2009 the company shows a lack in their guideline and management by the management team, the definition of a north and an alignment to achieve the expected growth and to manage it successfully. They wanted to grow 110% in sales within the next 5 years, but didn’t know how and they feared that if they did well, accelerated growth endangered the company. It was also evident that the members had a paternalistic mentality that prevented them from making managerial decisions on behalf of the company.

RESULTS OF THE FIRST YEAR OF WORK
  • Increased sales by 41%.
  • Increased profitability by 100%.
  • A reduction in operating costs of 23%.
  • An increase in operating profit of 122%.
  • Increased motivation, responsibility and personal commitment to meet the goals of the organization.
